If you have any issues or questions and need hands-on onsite technical support or repair services for your Apple Mac products you can get friendly, expert technical support at Iconic Tech Service. Our Iconic Tech Certified Technicians are ready on a moments notice to assist you at your home, business or any location with all your mac needs. How do I schedule an appointment with a Tech Guy?

You can do it right now. Email us at IconicTechInc@gmail.com Then fill in the required information as follows Name,Address,Phone Number,Mac Product type, Then state if service will be a Residential,Small Business,Corporate and choose a time that works for you. Please make sure to leave a detailed message so that our Tech Guy’s are prepared to answer any of your technical or repair questions.

How does it work?

After you schedule and appointment in our calendar system you will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or phone call. Once your appointment is confirmed your Tech Guy will arrive at your door at your scheduled time. Please make sure to give our Tech Guy’s a 1hr window incase of any unforeseen road issues or delays. You will then fill out our repair form and our Tech Guy will begin his technical support.

What do I do before my appointment?

If possible we always recommend our customers to back up their data before their appointment. Make notes of the issues you’re experiencing and write down all your questions.

What are the fees?

Our onsite technical support fees are broken down by three Categories:

1. Residential
2. Small Business
3. Corporate
Our fee for residential services is $75hr, for Small businesses is $85hr and For Corporate Support will be $120hr.

We also offer free pick up and delivery for our Flat fee repair services. Flat fee services are based on client’s particular issues and or apple product.

What forms of payment are accepted and when do I pay?

At Iconic Tech service we accept all major credit cards and or corporate checks. Personal checks are welcomed along with 2 major forms of ID. Payments for services are due before delivery of serviced systems and or at completion of services.

If after hours assistance is needed, what can I do?

At Iconic Tech service we offer after hours onsite emergency services, 24hrs a day. Our after hour emergency services fee is $135 an hour. After hour times are Monday through Friday from 7pm to 6am and Saturdays from 5pm to Monday 9am.
